My first positive experience was during the purchase. I felt my salesperson was working to get me the best deal. I did some comparison shopping and sure enough his was. Recently, I took the car in due to an intermittent squeaking noise. As would be the case it didn't squeak when they test drove it. Well, they stayed on the problem until they located the source.
