Service was good. However I was told 2 hours and I took 4. I did have an appointment and it was cancelled without my consent. I received a call & could not answer because k was at work, they did not leave a voicemail and cancelled the appointment. Upsetting. Dealer staff is ok. However don’t expect them to go the extra mile for you. Staff doesn’t communicate well. So you have to wait until the service rep decides to call you for an update.
