I was completely unsatisfied with the service provided 5/9/2022. The battery cable on the top of the distribution block was left completely loose and the insulation was split open and shoved around the ba 5/9/2022. It looks like they forgot to install It before the connections were made. I was very dissatisfied with the poor attention given to a simple battery replacement. If I did not open the hood to check my wife would have eventually ended up stranded again somewhere. More

Service was good. However I was told 2 hours and I took 4.
