How I know, because I clean my wheels every Saturday, I know where the rims are scratch. The same rim scratched was on the same side rear passenger right tire! You should fire your tech Roberto Santos! Total xx on you service. Is not the $29.95 charge. It is the dishonesty of you service department! Shame on your service! How many people your service department charged for tire rotation with out doing xxxx! I'll make sure VW Americas know about this scan.! Total xx More
