My lease was up so I refinanced and kept the same car. Dealership personnel advised that the car will have to be certified according to Volkswagen standards, so I left the car at the dealership. I got a call the next day from the dealership saying my car was ready for pick up . I picked up the car and the first thing i noticed was how dirty the inside of the car was. Once I left the dealership the car’s engine light and ECP light came on. I have had the car for four years and never had any problems until I took it in for recertification. More

I came to the dealership for a complementary tire rotation. The appointment was made for me by my sales person when I bought the car. This was the worst experience I ever had. My 2021 Tiguan AC stopped working, the car has only 1300 miles. They repaired the AC but the person that worked on the car did a horrible job, they rip off the fire AC stopped working, the car has only 1300 miles. They repaired the AC but the person that worked on the car did a horrible job, they rip off the firewall insulation and left it hanging there, and also left a black plastic glove wrapped around the windshield wipers fluid lines inside the engine compartment. My husband and I picked up the car late that day and drove it home. In the morning after my husband opened the front engine compartment to see what they have done to find out all of the damages described above. We took the car back the same day, it took almost a week to get the car back, I guess they had to order the firewall heat shield from Germany. Since this is something they do not have in stock. There was no reason to rip of the part like that. If they had taken the time to remove the fasteners with care. To top it all off, when I went back and I asked to speak with the service manager and was laughing about the glove left inside the engine comparment. More
