I have been going to esserman for almost 10 years and this had to be my worst experience. I was told the ac diagnosis would take 5 hrs didnt get the quote on the job till 2 days later. When I dropped off car there were no loaners no big deal but the enterprise you work with had a line that was probably 2hr long. So I didn't get a car that day. I had to text the following day to findout what was going on with the testing and if there was a loaner which there was. When I decide what I was going to do about the ac. I texted the advisor got no response. I called left a message and got not response. So I took the loaner in to get mime back and finally someone could help me. Took my car in for battery issue and seat belt system issue, long story short it kept reading and bleeping like I didn’t have my seatbelt. It ocurres at random. Sometimes in the beginning of my drive or issue, long story short it kept reading and bleeping like I didn’t have my seatbelt. It ocurres at random. Sometimes in the beginning of my drive or other times over 20-30 mins into my drive. I explained everything to my service adviser Julio, who didn’t reach out to me until several days after I picked off my car. I didn’t receive my car for another 2 weeks due to, according to Julio, high battery demand at the moment and not enough to go around. Once I picked up my car I was told the seat belt issue was due to the battery being low and that it was resolved. IMMEDIATELY after driving off the dealership my car starts beeping again, with my seat belt on! I turn around and report the issue to Julio, who started apologizing and started paperwork again. A week and a half later I’m told car is fixed and that seat belt sensor was replaced. I drive off no issues! Awesome! 3 days later issue returns… WHAT IS GOING ON?! I have video with time stamp to show issue when it first started up again. Why is service department being so negligent towards this issues. How many times am I going to be lied to? Just fix the xxxx car. You’re wasting everyone time. I need a serious mechanic to quickly fix this issue. More
