The Sales staff was great. I can not say enough good things to say about Jay and Daniel. This is the only reason I am am giving 3 stars.I arrived around 12:30 and was met by the sales staff. I did my home work before going to the dealership. I was pre-approved and according to Edmund website on what a Fair price for the dealership should be paid for the ID 4. We banter back n forth in good clean fun and reach the price in less then 30 mins. The agreed price was within the Edmunds Fair price. Then my nightmare took place. The Financial Manger kept blowing me off and even the sales staff was complaining about how long it was taking the Fanancial Manger for me. After 3 1/2 hrs he finally ask me where would I like to complete the paper work, In the sales office or his office. I state where it was going to be the quickest because I was very upset waiting for him for 3 1/2 hrs. The Financial ManagerRainer Garcia Mejias was the most rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional sales manager. I have ever met. I have purchased may many cars in my life but never met a more rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional sales manger. It got so bad I started to walkout of the dealership without the ID4. A car I pre-order and waited for (4 months). The is the same guy I stated too that the survey was not going to be good. He responds was "I don't care. I'm not in sales". Jay stop me and ask me what happen. I explain to how rude the financial manger was and was leaving the dealership without the car. After 30 mins of coming me down. Since I was pre-approved it only took 15 mins to complete the paper work and leave the dealership in my ID 4. Would I recommend Esserman had to say. I would tell my story and experience and say but beware. A few people have ask were I got the ID 4 and have told them of my terrible experience, with the financial manger and say of buyer beware. Would I buy anther car car from Esserman, hard to say after my experience. More
Horrible it took them a week to se what was going on with my car. For what did I made an appointment then? Horrible service they didn’t even knew after more than a week what my car had.
