Car was in tow yard over three days before the service department finally returned my call; three days later. 4. The key fab is now lost. 5.. Neither VW or the tow company want to accept responsibility for the lost key fab. 6. Now the customer (me) has to file a claim with road side assistance and their insurance. Basically, leaving me (the customer) to fix someone else’s error. Not a very pleasant experience. More
The service and repair were done on time. A service bulletin item which was pending on my car was also performed. Unfortunately, the next day a gasket which was part of the intake manifold gave out whi bulletin item which was pending on my car was also performed. Unfortunately, the next day a gasket which was part of the intake manifold gave out while driving. A strong fuel smell entered the cabin. I took the car back. They acknowledged it was part of the service bulletin repair. They fixed it once again quickly without additional cost and so far the car is running great. More

I have been a customer of Esserman Intl. VW for the past 12 years. Each and every experience has been outstanding. This time, after 1 year of not having a car due to the pandemic, I returned a year later 12 years. Each and every experience has been outstanding. This time, after 1 year of not having a car due to the pandemic, I returned a year later after turning in my lease in 2020 - to purchase my dream car. Luis is my salesperson and he truly goes above and beyond thru hoops of fire to take care of his customers. He made the process so easy and simple - all I had to do was drive sign and pick up my car. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Holmes your finance person (apologies for not having his proper title). He was extremely patient, explained everything in great detail, most professional and understanding. The whole process can be intimidating to say the least, but with the guidance the guidance of both Luis and Mr. Holmes I was made to feel at ease and hassle free. Thank you for making my experience so positive. More
