The girl handling all the paperwork and payments in the window should be replaced. I wanna say her name is Isabel, but I might be mistaken. Not only is she unintelligible and incoherent over the phone, She also happens to be rude, apathetic, and unhelpful in person. She seemed to be upset at me for existing. Or maybe it’s just because me being there in front of her, means she actually needed to do her job.. There are plenty of administratively competent people looking for work. In Miami, customer service and hospitality is the life blood of our economy.. She needs to remember that the customers spending the money are the ones she should thank for the existence of her job. I honestly think a self service kiosk would have done a better job and been more likable, and outgoing. I don’t know if it’s like this every day, since I work full-time I only come on Saturdays but Saturdays seems to be almost a day off for the staff. Everyone is sitting around some look to be asleep some distracted on their phones. I went in for a simple oil change but I was told would only be about 45 minutes since I had an appointment. I had to wait an hour after arrival to even be seen by an advisor who couldn’t be found. Then I continue to wait another three hours before I could drive off site. Completely unacceptable and I will not be back. Also previously during hey regularly scheduled maintenance at your establishment, I was informed that my brakes were in dire need of changing. Not just the pads but also the rotors. At the time I had not planned for such an expenditure so I asked if rotors were totally necessary at this moment or if we could get away with just the pads. Since they realized I wouldn’t be able to afford the rotors they said will try to do just the pads but next oil change the rotors are going to be absolutely necessary. During this oil change I asked about the brakes. Ready having plans to change them. I was told there’s nothing wrong with the brakes. So either the previous mechanic was lying and trying to get me to spend unnecessary money on unnecessary service. Or the mechanic but this time is completely clueless, as to what breaks in need of service look like. Or he just said he checked when he really didn’t. On a positive note the waiting area has improved slightly, and I enjoyed the wrapped donuts that were available. Since I was there for so long a snack was deafly need it and this was a smart Hygienic solution, especially since we are dealing with the pandemic. thank you Oh yeah and As a consolation for such a horrible day, as soon as I left the dealership my check engine light went on so apart from the bad service I received from the customer service representative. I guess the mechanics also weren’t up to par. Thank you for changing my mind about The quality of service and work that should be expected from a VW dealership. I choose to at VW Because I thought it was the best possible place to take care of my VW. Would not recommend. More

No good technical service at all. My car was in February for regular maintenance and it was supposed to get a multipoint inspection so, one month later my car had low oil and I had to return to the dealer t for regular maintenance and it was supposed to get a multipoint inspection so, one month later my car had low oil and I had to return to the dealer to fill in. For the second time, my car was supposed to receive a multipoint inspection (this is based on the voucher that I received). So one week later my car ran out of windshield clean fluid and I had to buy it and fill it in. What kind of inspection are they doing? More
