I have bought two cars from this dealership and have always given an excellent review. NOT THIS TIME. Very disappointed, no one was receiving the cars and there was a backup of at least 4 cars. A man from the inside came out of the office area and very upset began to give orders and nastily told drivers to which lane to move to. When my turn came he told me first to go to the right but kept signaling to move straight forward. When I got out of the car I told him that service had changed for the worse and his reply was that if I didn't like it, I could go to another VW dealership. The service person that I was assigned to see was busy and never spoke to me or called me in two days. my car only had a problem with the alarm system. For two days, I called back and nobody could tell me what was wrong or when the car could be ready. Finally I found a very nice lady who was answering the phones and helped me. I called the second day and found out the car was ready, about two hours later then I received a text saying so. More

Pretty good service in the service department. Robert and Pedro are very good consultants. The only thing not good is the Loners service.
