Took my car for something small that didn’t require my car to stay at the shop. I was told the part was going to be ordered and I will get a follow up when part arrived. I have been told that I will get a call back and unfortunately no one has called. I understand things are not running as the norm but this is a lack of follow up and not COVID related. More
