Always a good service experience at Esserman VW. Went in for a oil change and ask them to check my brakes because i had been hearing a little squeal when stopping. I needed pads and they did it right on the for a oil change and ask them to check my brakes because i had been hearing a little squeal when stopping. I needed pads and they did it right on the spot and only about 30 extra minutes was added to my wait. Awesome that i did not have to make a separate appointment for this. A little pricey but definitely convenient. More

Our service experience on our 2017 Tiguan Our experience was bumpy at first, but after they found the real problem with the car we haven’t encountered any other issues. A new engine was final Our experience was bumpy at first, but after they found the real problem with the car we haven’t encountered any other issues. A new engine was finally installed and it runs flawless now. We were always taken care of with loaners. I want to thank Francisco Diaz-Rivas, Francisco the Service Manager and our Service Advisor Julian. Julian specially worked with us and was very patient with our car issue.
