I gave it 3 stars because I didn’t have any issuesIt I gave it 3 stars because I didn’t have any issues It would have gotten 5 STARS if the following would have happened: • if I was able to schedul I gave it 3 stars because I didn’t have any issues It would have gotten 5 STARS if the following would have happened: • if I was able to schedule the appointment completely online without phone calls • if I wasn’t forced to print coupons and they were automatically added without me having to search for specials (basically Esserman wants to avoid the discount; that’s the message) • if I received a list of recommended work that the car needs so I can start planning on those fixes instead of letting things pile up and waiting until something breaks which will be worse for me • if the complimentary car wash included tire dressing since that’s what really pops on a cleaned car — why go through the hassle and expense of washing a car and then falling short on something like ArmorAll?! • as a bonus, a note (post-it maybe) about the car being sanitized because they sprayed Lysol or similar would go a long way to customer appreciation and loyalty That’s what I’d do if I were running the service department to improve customer retention and potentially increase revenue (and what would’ve earned 5 STARS) More
