Terrible Experience for a Simple Service I arrived for my 7:30 apt yesterday before the gates opened. The service rep did not approach my car until 8. While standing next to my car waiting, I arrived for my 7:30 apt yesterday before the gates opened. The service rep did not approach my car until 8. While standing next to my car waiting, I saw at least 5 to 6 cars that had come in after me be taken care of. I asked a service rep that was walking by (do not know his name) if he could help me but he said I had to wait for Pedro. When Pedro finally took my car, he said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. After almost 2 hours, I approached the cashiers window and asked if someone could tell me how much longer it would take. Both ladies at the window pretty much ignored me and after 3 request one of them left her breakfast to go look for Pedro. I felt the personal service was terrible. This morning I used the car and to my dismay the light for the "Engine Control Malfunction" came on. I called Esserman immediately but both Pedro and another person by the name of Adrian were too busy to speak to me. I was told they would call me back. No on did. I called again and was transferred to Francisco. I was pleasantly surprised that Francisco was extremely helpful. He called roadside assistance and my car was towed to Esserman at about 2 this afternoon. It is now 4:30 and I have yet to hear any update from Esserman as to the status of my car. More
