As usual, mostly pleasant experience As I have an older car, 2009 VW CC, with a current extended warranty from a 3rd party (bought at Car Max) I am going to this dealership as it is also As I have an older car, 2009 VW CC, with a current extended warranty from a 3rd party (bought at Car Max) I am going to this dealership as it is also on the way to work (when some of us still go to work). I am usually in for repairs or issues, I do not think I've done a service in over a year. Just the nature of the car, although only 66k miles. My only qualm with the dealership is the sometimes long waiting times to pickup/drop off or wait for a Lyft. As far as their Lyft, not a problem, however as both Ciro and I know that the car will stay for more than the day, I get a little annoyed to have to take another Lyft (at their cost/warranty) to pick up a Loaner, or if they do not have one an Enterprise rental car, which, BTW, is not a pleasure at their local rental place. Overall OK, considering the nature of my car. I'm hoping to keep the car for my soon-to-drive son. Klaus More

I'm very disappointed because for the reason I go there they said was fixing the sensor of the car control but 2 day late the same problem was shown all the light come on against and the tire begins ma they said was fixing the sensor of the car control but 2 day late the same problem was shown all the light come on against and the tire begins marking the car is flat tire I think they never fix the car because I was 2 thousands miles under limit to loose my extended warranty. I think it not fear. Very sad. More
