This was my second svs for my 2018 Beetle Dune, purchased in December 2018. Despite my [obvious] fondness for VWs; with their German origins, are designed with exacting standards and minimal tolerances. Having no mechanical... automotive repair or service ability, I can only trust that what I need done; and what I'm told by svs advisors needs to be done.... and that those services actually have been done. I'm at their mercy. With a 20yr purchase and svs Hx, I can only hope my loyalty is appreciated. More

My car is a lease from another VW dealer and I've had to take it a couple of times to Esserma This dealership is what all dealerships should be like! My car is a lease from another VW dealer and I've had to take it a couple of times to Esserman because it's closer to home and work. Both times my representative, Robert, provided great and prompt service. They have complimentary Lyft service that takes you where you need to be during your car's service and then they pick up when it's ready. If the service will take longer than a day they'll provide a loaner. Couldn't be happier with this dealership. I'm leasing with them when the time comes. More

He had the tech check it out and replaced a gasket while he was working on the car. Any other adviser would have probably ignored it and sent me on my way. Great experience as always! Took my daughters car for service since I planned a long trip on it. The car is over 8 years old and needed more attention than I expected even though Took my daughters car for service since I planned a long trip on it. The car is over 8 years old and needed more attention than I expected even though I did notice something might be wrong. The car had some additional work done on it aside from the regular maintenance service and inspection. I did not expect the car to have a serious problem brewing, they explained and showed me the issues it had before the work was done. I know enough about cars and approved the repairs. That's what I like about Esserman, they are honest. Dealing with my service advisor Robert and Francisco is always a pleasure, would not take my car anywhere else. The work was done right the first time and I am ready for my road trip. I highly recommend Esserman VW. More
