Great experience as always! Took my daughters car for service since I planned a long trip on it. The car is over 8 years old and needed more attention than I expected even though I did notice something might be wrong. The car had some additional work done on it aside from the regular maintenance service and inspection. I did not expect the car to have a serious problem brewing, they explained and showed me the issues it had before the work was done. I know enough about cars and approved the repairs. That's what I like about Esserman, they are honest. Dealing with my service advisor Robert and Francisco is always a pleasure, would not take my car anywhere else. The work was done right the first time and I am ready for my road trip. I highly recommend Esserman VW. More
