They are not honest at all Hi, To be sincere I am disappointed on the service. As part of the 20,000 mile package that I requested it was included a tire rotation and the ser Hi, To be sincere I am disappointed on the service. As part of the 20,000 mile package that I requested it was included a tire rotation and the service representative called me to say that the back tires were a little worn on the inside and because of that the car needed an alingment. He asked me if the vehicle had any symptoms that it needed to be aligned and I told him no and he still told me that the aligment had to be done. So I trusted what he was saying and I approved the alingment. When I picked up the vehicle I heard a loud noise and a vibration in front when I braked. So I went back to the dealer and the service rep told me that since the tires were rotated, the back tires that were a little worn inside were now at the front and were causing that noise and vibration. Then he tells me that they are going to rotate them back again so the noise and vibration goes away. If they already knew that these tires are a little worned and that this could happen why when they called me they did not warned me that this issue could happen. I feel that I was deceived that I wasted money in a service that wasent really needed because there was no need for an aligment there was no rotation and the car feels exactly the same as it did before the service. This is about being honest when providing a service. Thanks More
