Up to the promise I have three cars and due to that quite a bit of services to do. When I arrived at Esserman Service at my scheduled time there were many cars. In spit I have three cars and due to that quite a bit of services to do. When I arrived at Esserman Service at my scheduled time there were many cars. In spite of that I was taken immediately and promised to have my car back in an hour and half. I doubted it would be possible with so many cars in line. I was directed to the waiting area to help myself with coffee and wifi. When my name was called it was exactly one hour after I left my car, and I was sure something is wrong. Actually I was wrong - my car was done, nicely washed and ready to go. With my other two cars I have never experienced such a service (they are not VW models). I was impressed, highly satisfied and happy I drove so far from my home for the service in spite of the fact that another VW dealership is just four blocks from my house. I did it just because I promised to two people at Esserman when I signed my lease, Arelis Bravo and Pancho Diaz, that I will try your service. Thank you. I will come again. More

Service It’s a pleasure to work with Robert. He goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. I needed a loaner and express to him that I only drive small car It’s a pleasure to work with Robert. Esserman did not have a small car available Robert went out of his way to secure a small rental car for me. When I got to Esserman he called an Uber for me to get to get the rental. I don’t need to be after him to give me an update on my car he texted me and kept me updated. Great service!!!! More
