The prices may be expensive, but that's common at all dealer I've been a patron of this dealership's service center for a very long time (10+ years). The prices may be expensive, but that's common at all dealerships across the board. Where they make up for it is in their customer service. They've always employed excellent service advertisers, and they always make me feel comfortable, and despite the price paid, I never felt cheated. In fact if I was ever not satisfied with the work completed (which has been rare), they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied, without additional costs on my part. More

Rayner in the finance department is second to none as well. On top of being super friendly and genuine, at no point were were pressured into adding on anything, or giving extra money, etc. The deal was worked out at a phenomenal price, exactly how we envisioned.
