They've always employed excellent service advertisers, and they always make me feel comfortable, and despite the price paid, I never felt cheated. In fact if I was ever not satisfied with the work completed (which has been rare), they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied, without additional costs on my part. More

Great experience! I took my VW Atlas to a previous dealer for service and they were unable to find or fix the problem. Rayner in the finance department is second to none as well. On top of being super friendly and genuine, at no point were were pressured into adding on anything, or giving extra money, etc. The deal was worked out at a phenomenal price, exactly how we envisioned. We could not have asked for a better experience and will never step foot in another VW dealership ever! Also, the service department is the best! No one takes care of you better than Esserman.
