Rayner in the finance department is second to none as well. On top of being super friendly and genuine, at no point were were pressured into adding on anything, or giving extra money, etc. The deal was worked out at a phenomenal price, exactly how we envisioned. We could not have asked for a better experience and will never step foot in another VW dealership ever! Also, the service department is the best! No one takes care of you better than Esserman.
