Unprofessional General Manager Frank Diaz I complained for services no performed while the car was under guaranty. Now the dealer want to charge me for services previously reported to the advi I complained for services no performed while the car was under guaranty. Now the dealer want to charge me for services previously reported to the adviser. I requested to talk to the general manager and after two hours waiting, Frank Diaz came to me, stating that he cannot do anything to assist me with the car issue at least I pay for the services. He did not even pay attention to my reasons. General Manager, Frank Diaz, is kind of person who does not mind humiliating costumers. He boasts that he has no boss above of him, not even the owner. He got to the point of laughing at me and my wife by asking loudly to other employee in the middle of the waiting room: Is there any one above of me in the dealer? All employees present laughed and answered: no body, Frank. Then I told him that I will report such unprofessional behavior and incident to the corporate; he just mocked at me by stating: as I said, nobody above me, so, good look. So if you are no satisfied with services rendered, you cannot complaint. “You take or leave it, he states. I, my family and friend will take our business to a serious dealer with real and professional staff. Such attitude should not be tolerated in a person representing the biggest automaker of the world. Process of Purchase I didn't have any problems at all the process to buy my new car, it was quick and easy. Good service but bad once i left the dealer They wrapped the key with adhesive tape. Once they returned me the car this was not completely removed so i couldn’t turno off the engine nor’ extract They wrapped the key with adhesive tape. I was at least 40 minutes drive far and it was 6.33pm so not enough time to reach your garage. At that time since you did not propose other option i went to a gas station and a guy helped me so i was able to get back home safely. I want to highlight that Greg as individual was professional but there is something broken in your organization as eh told me this is the second this happening.
