Amazing & well-priced experience! My experience at this dealer was amazing. My car wasn’t starting due to the key not turning in the ignition. As soon as I pulled my car up to the serv My experience at this dealer was amazing. My car wasn’t starting due to the key not turning in the ignition. As soon as I pulled my car up to the service center and got out of my car at around 10 am, I was immediately helped by Greg. By the time I explained what was going on with my car, I also asked for a quote to replace my tires because they were worn and due to be changed. Greg handed me a quote for my tires and said only my two front ones were worn and needed to be replaced. They fixed the key issue by replacing the ignition housing at no charge because it was under warranty (and my car has 100,000 miles already). They also replaced the back axle due to a recall, all free of charge. I changed my tires and did an oil change and had my car back by 5pm the same day. My car was nice and washed as well. I was always hesitant to come to the dealer because I always thought they were overpriced but they actually quoted me on fixing an oil leak for cheaper than another shop had quoted me. I will never again not go to the dealer for any future service or issue with my car. I will continue going to this dealer from now on. Highly recommended! More
