Because of that I replaced one of my 2 VW with a different manufacturer. Upon returning back hoping that I find an service advisor that was helpful I came across Greg which provided me with the service advisor experience that makes me want to return for future services and possibly add more VW to my garage in the future. Buying a car is a 3-4 hours window but a good service advisor could provide a bridge to a customer and that dealer for years . More
