Professional but overpriced I do like Esserman's people, their techs are good as are their service people, who are very pleasant, respectful and helpful. No problems there I do like Esserman's people, their techs are good as are their service people, who are very pleasant, respectful and helpful. No problems there. But I won't be back. Their prices are seriously inflated, I don't know if it's because they're in Doral or what but I ended up paying nearly double what I should have. I had a German shop quote me $800 for the same repairs that Esserman charged me $1400. I did it because Esserman is closer to me, 9 miles versus 40 miles to the German shop. No more. More
