Everyone there is always friendly and willing to help out with anything. Whenever I pick up my car from there after service has been done to it my car feels like a new car. A very special thanks to Bizmark and Ariel who are always keeping me updated on the status of the car and letting me know if my car needs attention in other areas. I would also like to commend Alberto Luaces for his work and the way the service center is run. I'm definitely an Esserman VW for life customer and these guys have alot to do with it. Thanks. More

Worse service ever/ do not trust on this Tecs! I had a conversation with a service advisor about a week ago while I was picking up my car after the service/repair they performed. They notified me t I had a conversation with a service advisor about a week ago while I was picking up my car after the service/repair they performed. They notified me that the size of the tires I had in my car were not the correct ones and I explained them that replacement was performed/recommended by a Service Advisor and a Professional Mechanic at Esserman International VW. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, not only buying brand new vehicles at Esserman also referring my close friends and family members to buy from them also performing all my maintenances and services in your premises because of the trust I had! The day of my service you said you were going to talk to your Supervisor and see what can you do, I never received a follow up. I recently realized my car is missing some of plastic pannels that cover the engine/transmision from below, I am really disappointed about the wrong Tires that the professionals at Esserman International installed in my car, now more than ever I am concern about my safety knowing i'm running with the wrong size of tires installed in the front of my car. Watch out customers, do not trust on what the advisors says on this dealership! More

Quick and accurate service I went in to get the flat tire display in the dashboard checked. The tires looked OK visibly. Francisco greeted me and brought in the tire presssure g I went in to get the flat tire display in the dashboard checked. The tires looked OK visibly. Francisco greeted me and brought in the tire presssure gauge and identified the tire with the problem. He also showed me the photo of a nail embedded in the tire! He promised to take care of it soon (Friday afternoon!). Sure enough, I was on my way back within the hour!. I appreciate Francisco attending to me and getting things done quick and fast. I got a new tire and it is performing well. More
