My car is in good hands and they ALWAYS complete the requested services quickly and properly. I’ve had my car for five years and have only used Esserman Kia because of the continued excellent service. On top of the excellent quality of service, they return my car clean with a complete wash inside and out. The waiting lounge is comfortable and stocked with water bottles, snacks and Dunkin Donuts Coffee. It’s always a delight when the empanada lady comes around with a selection of homemade empanadas (made with love) free for the waiting customers. I wholeheartedly recommend Esserman Kia, and Val is my favorite Service Leader. He is friendly, Knowledgeable and efficient. Ruth H. is the manager and she is always around visibly overseeing the establishment and ensuring the customers’ needs are met. Special recognition to Val and Ruth H. !!!!!!
