Oil change I brought in my Kia Sorrento 2015 that I leased with esserman in feb 2015. I liked that I was helped quickly upon arriving, as well as checked in. Overall I liked the service and will come back, the only thing I did not like was that I was told to come back in 1 hour and when I did, the car was not ready and I had to wait another hour in the lobby.
