Great service and and nice poeple. I took a VW Jetta there that I had bought from another VW dealer up north. After driving it to Miami I relized that it had a vibration in it at 70 mph I took a VW Jetta there that I had bought from another VW dealer up north. After driving it to Miami I relized that it had a vibration in it at 70 mph. I took it to Esserman and they figured out it had 4 bent rims. Even though it wasn't them that I had bought the car from they gave me a loaner and waited while I worked out what the other dealer would do to fix the car. The Esserman seervice department went above and beyond what you would expect from a dealership. I will definately take the car to them when in need service in the future. More
