Repairs something wasn't right With my car horn by that time I have warranty on my car and sales advisor joe Benitez with a bad actitud told me that because w something wasn't right With my car horn by that time I have warranty on my car and sales advisor joe Benitez with a bad actitud told me that because was on Saturday they don't have time to work on my car I ask for a loan so I can leave my car at the dealer so they can check my car Monday and he refused stating that if I want my car to be fix to take a day off from work and take my car back to the dealer. We had two different sales people which complicated the situation. Both sides (new and used) played the typical price games. We walked out and received a call with a lower price. When we didn't bite, another price was offered. After agreeing on a price, we were presented with the Car Fax which showed a minor accident. Thus information should have been disclosed prior to the final paperwork. The sales manager on the used car side was VERY disrespectful and rude. I expected better from Volkswagen. More
