No Loaners Available Acura specifically told me I would get a loaner if wait time was over 2 hours but this dealership had none. Lost 1/2 day of work due to this. I was greeted immediately with a smile and a hand I feel the entire staff at Esserman International are prompt, friendly, professional, and courteous. I was greeted immediately with a smile and a handshake. My Service Manager Mike Perez kept me up to date during my wait, on the progress of my vehicle, and exactly what was being done to it. He informed me of some items that would need to be serviced soon, but wasn't pushy about getting them done during that visit, as many service centers do. I was very pleased with that. And he was nice enough to enter this information on my final receipt, so I'll know what I may need to get done on my next visit. When I visited the car lot during my service wait, I was greeted by a female who asked if I needed help looking for anything. I explained that I was just looking at the new models while I was waiting on my car to be serviced. She smiled back and said that if I needed anything to just let her know and she would be more than happy to help, then walked away. Again, not pushy like salespersons are at other dealerships. I was very impressed and appreciated that. I will definitely recommend this dealership for servicing or purchasing. More

I immediately called and found Esserman and when I first arrived I had trouble with someone who was new. It was just miscommunication and it happens. Joe took over and everything went smooth after that. I actually just moved to Miami and it was nice to feel welcomed and was shown amazing customer service! I will always just go straight to Joe!!
