She even had the aducity to say that they will wax my car for free but that was curtusiy from part of the Acura excuse you but I have given 6 thousand dollars for my car. That women was super rude she was the one that had her leg injured in the past. She even got loud on my mother she needs to take some customer service classes. More

In fact, the whole service experience at Esserman Acura is like living indoors in Wisconsin during one of its worst winters of record, and all of a sudden, on March 20th, the first day of spring, you open the door, and all of your depression is lifted. I know that sounds kind of dramatic, but that's how good the service at Esserman is, and also how good Francisco, my service representative is. Thank you, Esserman! Also, I never gave my input when I bought my 2014 Acura ILX back in February of this year.
