HOW A GOOD SALESMAN HELPS HIS COMPANY I MET RAYNER 3 YEARS AGO, UNFORTUNATELLY MY WIFE LIKED THE HYUNDAI GENESIS MORE THAN THE VW CC. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO LEASE AGAIN WE WENT BACK TO RAYNE I MET RAYNER 3 YEARS AGO, UNFORTUNATELLY MY WIFE LIKED THE HYUNDAI GENESIS MORE THAN THE VW CC. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO LEASE AGAIN WE WENT BACK TO RAYNER BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN SO NICE EVEN WHEN WE CALLED HIM TO SAY WE WILL GO WITH THE GENESIS .THEN MY WIFE NOTICED THAT THE PASSAT WAS MORE ROOMIER THAN THE CC. LOOKING IN THE INTERNET I NOTICED THE NEW PASSAT SPORT WITH TWO TONE LEATHER INTERIOR AND I CALLED RAYNER AND MADE AN APPOINTMENTMAND MENTIONED THE TWO TONE LEATHER INTERIOR OPTION AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN , THERE WAS RAYNER IN THE FLOOR STANDING NEXT TO THE CAR I ENDED UP LEASING. WE WERE SOLD. HE SHOWED US HIS INVENTORY (MY WIFE WANTED TO SEE THE COLOR OPTIONS) . RAYNER'S ACTIONS AND DEMEANOR WERE VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT SO MUCH SO THAT I DID NOT FIGHT AS MUCH AS I SHOULD FOR A BETTER DEAL. MY WIFE MENTIONED ABOUT THE FREE CAR WASH MACHINE AT THE HYUNDAI DEALER AND RAYNER JUMPED ON THAT AND SAID HE WIL SUGGEST IT. THE FACILITIES WERE SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND EVERYONE WAS VERY PLEASANT. I MUST SAY IT WAS AVERY PLEASANT VISIT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND I WILL RECCOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS. More

I am a part of a two VW family. Joe and Cherry have been MY service team for over 10 years... and across four Volkswagens. While the 2008 Passat that was most recently serviced from Esserman VW at 57th A MY service team for over 10 years... and across four Volkswagens. While the 2008 Passat that was most recently serviced from Esserman VW at 57th Avenue in Miami Gardens / Miami Lakes; because of my experience with the Esserman International group (three purchased and always serviced) my dad has me bring his Passat to My Team. Cherry always gets me in when I need; planned or on short notice with a problem. And Joe treats me like family; always respectful to consider what I NEED and what can wait when monies tight, but repairs need attention right now. If it's going to take more time to fix then I can wait for of the part isn't in; he sets me up with a complementary loaner. I can't speak to the treatment of other German-made car owners at their service locations; but Esserman Volkswagen has done right by be since May of 1999. More
