By far , 13 years after owning vehicles like the Touareg , Eos and a Tiguan and including all my services in different states ,Lewisville VW,TX,Deel VW,FL,Gunther VW,FL and Open Road VW, NY , I must say tha , Eos and a Tiguan and including all my services in different states ,Lewisville VW,TX,Deel VW,FL,Gunther VW,FL and Open Road VW, NY , I must say that this was the worst experience of all . A total ripoff .These guys are not professionals at all . Long story short , I take my vehicle in to service a VW safety recall and after trying to explain what I wanted , the service employee , without making eye contact once , ipad in hand takes my car in for a diagnose i did not need ,mind you, I had run one not even a month ago ;the shuttle takes me home and I decided to call in to cancel the diagnose and to stop the service .Their "manager" Frank Vargas, thinking this was about money, not service ,decided to run the diagnose anyways , but charge me half .At the end , none of my car issues were addressed , and my "satisfaction" was based in a 50% discount on a service I did not need and I had made sure I wouldn't receive. I strongly recommend you stay away from the service department at Esserman VW , unless you want to change your opinion about VW Services . More

Spectacular dealership with efficient employees!! When I made the appointment for my car to be serviced the phone representative was very polite and found the earliest appointment to accommodate my busy sch made the appointment for my car to be serviced the phone representative was very polite and found the earliest appointment to accommodate my busy schedule. He informed me that I had a service technician that I would have to look for upon arrival. When I got to Esserman Intl Volkswagen Joe Benitez was available immediately and introduced himself and assessed my car within a record 4 minutes. I was very pleased with the manners and knowledge Mr. Benitez possessed and he told me my car would need some parts to be replaced but he needed to order the parts and he would overnight them. I sat in the waiting area and they offer coffee, refreshments and TV's for your entertainment. They also provide you with ipads upon request while you wait. I felt like royalty and am glad that there I followed my first instinct after reviewing the reviews on this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing or servicing their car. You will not regret it!!! More

It is always a very satisfying experience to bring my car to Esserman for either the regular oil change and or anyother problem with my CC Sport. I have another VW dealer about 7 miles away from my home, but to Esserman for either the regular oil change and or anyother problem with my CC Sport.
