We ordered our Volkswagen ID. 4 on July 4, 2021, and just received it about a month ago. During this time, we visited the dealership multiple times to check on the status for deli 4 on July 4, 2021, and just received it about a month ago. During this time, we visited the dealership multiple times to check on the status for delivery. Volkswagen (the manufacturer) was extremely delayed in the delivery of the vehicle and they provided very little information or updates on the status of the vehicle; nonetheless; the folks at Doral Volkswagen always looked into the issue and answered as many questions as they could. Had it not for been for them, my partner and I would have definitely canceled our order. We love our ID.4, but it had some scratches when we got it. I must say again that the team at Doral Volkswagen literally bent over backwards to fix the issue. Jay, Alberto, and Wilfredo have been awesome. We will definitely consider buying our next vehicle at Doral Volkswagen. Their customer service is excellent, even after the purchase has been made. We are definitely on our way to becoming long-term customers with them. More
