This review is for 2/16/12, the service was good as usual, prompt, and done within the time limit given. I was given an appt. within a reasonable time limit. I am usually pleased with the service an usual, prompt, and done within the time limit given. I was given an appt. within a reasonable time limit. I am usually pleased with the service and work ever since coming to Dorch Ford when they took over from my previous dealer about 3 years ago. I had a good relationship with my previous dealer and was hoping this would be the same. Over time it has grown into that kind of expectation. If I have a problem I have usually been able to get it taken care of the day I call or just come in, if it is not something big and/or takes a lot of time. This is my first time being served by Bob Nuthals. He was courteous and took care of my reason for being there promptly. It is very important that my car is in the best running condition possible, as I am quite dependent on it. I cannot have something go wrong and I'm stuck somewhere. I found Bob Nuthals to be quite dependable. I would definitely recommend Dorch Ford. More

I visited Dorsch Ford for the first time for just a recall on my company truck and found out the Bob and the rest of the staff treated me like i had been there 100 times before. Much better atmosphere recall on my company truck and found out the Bob and the rest of the staff treated me like i had been there 100 times before.
