I just stopped into Dorsch Ford/Kia in Green Bay one afternoon to "check out" the Kia Soul. I was curious, and just wanted to talk to someone about the advantages, if any, of leasing instead of buying a afternoon to "check out" the Kia Soul. Gene Eck was very informative. He was able to answer all my questions....and I had many. He patiently walked and talked with me, allowing me to look at, and sit in many new Souls. There were so many options. Soon a test drive was in process, and once again, Gene patiently answered all my questions about all the wonderful gadgits. Needless to say, I continued with questions in the show room, and was then convinced I had made the right choice of dealerships, and lucky enough to run into such a salesperson. After two days my new vehicle had a little trouble and was running rough, I went right to Linda, she offered a free rental car, I wanted MY truck. She had it fixed right away. I purchased a 2002 Ford Taurus from this dealership myself and another family member were paying on the car together. I was laid off of work around a year ago then family member becamr terminally ill a myself and another family member were paying on the car together. All they cared is how fast they could receive their car payment and if i couldnt make my payment they would gladly take the car back and sell it. The dealership is in a great location and the staff is not overbearing at all. They let you make the decision on when you want to make the deal. I have direct experiences with this dealer and will never return nor suggest anyone to shop there. My vehicle was hit in an accident and fixed poorly prior to Dorsch buying at an auction.
