Just leased my third Infiniti G37 from Douglas Infiniti. I guess you can call me a very satisfied customer. This dealership is located 35 miles from my home, but the positive experiences I've had with the I guess you can call me a very satisfied customer. Douglas' sales personnel and finance personnel are very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. They are willing to work very closely with their clients to give them the best deal possible. The service department at Douglas Infiniti is also top-notch. Again, I will travel 70 miles round trip to have my car serviced. The service managers and service techs are very capable of making certain one's car is maintained or repaired correctly. During the service period, I am always given a loaner car free of charge. When I had an Audi, I had to rent the loaner car from the dealership. I am excited to be driving my third Infiniti and look forward to a long relationship with Douglas Infiniti. More

In addition, they gave me a very good price on my trade-in. I had been to other dealers and was sure they were trying to take advantage of me. I can say that both Aaron and Jamie Fishbane (Sales Manager) were very helpful in structuring a lease that worked for me. I never felt pressured or anxious during the buying process. In fact, I had met with them a few months earlier and felt I needed a few more months to make my decision. Aaron and Jamie always made me feel comfortable that the buying decision was on my timetable. Aaron was also terrific when I came to pick up the car. He went over all the features in detail including programming multiple phones, seat memeory, my home setting in the navigation, etc.. He also showed me in detail how the navigation and backup camera worked. My wife was not there when we pickd up the car, and Aaron offered to review everything in detail again with her if she wanted. We were looking for Infiniti JX35. We had done all the research, test driving and had gotten preliminary quotes from nearby dealers. I am equally impressed with the finance personnel that I have dealt with at Douglas (most recently Jim Susonov). As with my prior purchases, when I arrived to pick up my car all of the paperwork was pre-prepared, ready and waiting for me. Everything was fully explained to me and I think it took all of 10 minutes for me to sign all of the paperwork and get me out of the finance office and into my new car.
