Service and repair of 2015 Jeep Trailblazer I brought in my second Jeep that I bought at Douglas Jeep, a 2015 Jeep Trailblazer. Still being under warranty, my battery died and when jumped did no I brought in my second Jeep that I bought at Douglas Jeep, a 2015 Jeep Trailblazer. Still being under warranty, my battery died and when jumped did not hold a charge. I called after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday and left a detailed message, as of Wednesday morning at 9:30 I still had not been contacted. So I call again and am directed to Service where I was assisted by Tim Racco. I wish he could be cloned...what a GREAT experience I had. He remembered my name and the issue with my Jeep when I arrived, immediately entered all the info in the computer, and then issued a work order re my battery, a recall item, and several updates. Within ten minutes I was on my way, in a loaner car (of which I had a very young man help me with that was GREAT too!). Tim called at the end of the day that my Jeep was ready, and as I did not arrive to pick up until approximately 10:00 the next morning, he called again just to make sure I had gotten the message and that I was ok. Well.....WOW! I am taking the time to do this survey because Tim deserves to be recognized and congratulated.... and personally thanked by me. I do hope this gets back to him, as a sincere token of my appreciation. Service after a sale is paramount to keeping customers....looking likely I will be looking for a third Jeep in the years to come....
