Good Service I have used Douglas before. Today I found I had an electrical problem. I called the dealership and they were booked solid. I explained to Jeremiah Br I have used Douglas before. Today I found I had an electrical problem. I called the dealership and they were booked solid. I explained to Jeremiah Bruner, Service Advisor that I needed the car to go to the Tampa Airport tomorrow for pickup of relatives. Jeremiah was attentive and got mm car in and looked at. Turned out it was just a battery. They were able to replace the battery and get me back on the road. Job well done. More

will not recommend to anyone! Unbelievably horrible experience! Let me start off by saying my husband and I have two kids and have been searching for a minivan for a few months now Unbelievably horrible experience! Let me start off by saying my husband and I have two kids and have been searching for a minivan for a few months now. We happened to find a perfect van for our family and went in to ask about it. A salesman came out and basically told us the sticker price is the final price and that's that. Ok? So we left. After a couple days we decided to try again after seeing online the price of the van was actually lower than they told us before. We again had to walk inside and ask for someone since no one was outside. We had a different dealer and he took us for a test drive and we went in to negotiate a price and hopefully walk out with the keys! Well, they only took about a thousand dollars off the price and wanted to give us an interest rate of "20-something" percent (Yes, that's the rate they told us...didn't even know the exact amount.) So essentially with a $16,000 car loan we would end up paying almost double in the end. Ok, our credit isn't the best but we currently have a car loan with GM financial with a 12% interest rate. We've had it for almost a year and we have been making on time payments and our credit has gone up since then. We asked them to try that bank for us and they said they denied us. Well, that didn't make sense to me since we have been great customers and would be trading in the car we have now. Anyways, we were not going to pay that much for the van and the people that worked there were not trying to sell it like other places do. They were just kind of like "whatever". The next day I called GM financial to see why we would be denied and they told me no one submitted any application for any loan and to try to call again tomorrow to double check. Sure enough, I called the day after that and they still said they didn't receive anything. This makes me livid. I know they would have accepted us for at least the same rate were paying now. Douglas dealership did not try to work with us, lied to us and tried to screw us in paying almost double for a van that was already 7 years old. After that, the dealer had the nerve to email us saying if we knew anyone interested in buying a used car to send them in. We will take our business elsewhere. More

This was the best car buying experience we ever had! My wife and I agree that our recent purchase transaction with Scott Essex at Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram was the best car buying experience that w My wife and I agree that our recent purchase transaction with Scott Essex at Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram was the best car buying experience that we ever had, and we have bought many cars in our lifetime. Scott greeted us promptly when we arrived and made us feel very comfortable right away. What a smooth and seamless process! He explained the Certified Pre-Owned process, then took us directly to the vehicle we had targeted on the Douglas Jeep website (a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T). He then took us directly to the vehicle, showed us the vehicle's features and explained them accurately, concisely and clearly. Next we test drove the vehicle in varying conditions (stop-and-go, highway speed, parking, etc.). We went back to Scott's office and began work on the transaction, which included a trade. There was no typical dealer "grind" in this process whatsoever. We came to a fair out-the-door price for the vehicle, one that was "all-in" with no hidden fees. Scott then had the deal approved and we moved forward with the process. To cut to the chase, we left with a great vehicle that same day with no wasted time at all. The entire process was seamless. We would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Douglas Jeep. We drove up to their dealership in Venice from Naples, and it was so worth the drive. Lastly, the vehicles they have there are in great condition, much more so that the other dealers we visited. More

He introduced me to loan saleslady and she answered my questions and returned to David Barth and we went through qualifying for a loan. My wife qualified on cell line with him also. The next day my wife and I came in and looked at 3 cars. David Barth came outside and told us he was busy with a previous customer and introduced us to Karen Lanni and she showes us more Dodge Journeys and drove us to their storage lot where we picked out the upgraded Journey which we purchased. I believe their team working helped a lot. After the sale Karen Lanni explained the workings of the car and the upgraded video screen system to my wife , up and above her duty and was GREATLY appreciated. More
