The price was agreed on and he had it brought to the dealership. Picking it up was so easy, again I was greeted with a smile , welcoming me in to pick up my new 2017 Jeep Cherokee with active drive 2 . Karen Lanni greeted me and went over everything from the paper work to what the car had that my 2015 didn't have. We talked and laughed making the experience great. From the first salesperson to the last and the guy in the finance dept. I felt like I was welcomed wether I purchased a car or not. Thank you to all who made my experience great. More

I went in looking for a particular vehicle that I saw online and and when it did not meet my expectations Jack worked with me to find just the right car. Of course, the entire process was long and tedious with all the usual 'let me check with my manager' stuff, but the end result was worth the aggravation.
