I again called to see if I could get it done and lo, I was booked for an appointment. I assumed I would be waiting for the repair but was told it'd be hours before my Jeep would be ready. Jeremiah offered a ride home and said someone would come pick me up when it was ready. Within 5 minutes I was on my way. I had a pleasant chat both ways, both drivers were excellent, and when I got back to the dealership, Jeremiah had me in and out in a flash. Great service! Thank you. More

I had shopped their competitor in Sarasota (Sunset) and the experience at Douglas was like night and day from the other place. Stay away from that other place. They are arrogant, unprofessional and don't tell the truth. At Douglas, my salesperson was Fred McKenzie. Fred is a patient and knowledgeable professional. No high pressure.
