Our first car, a GTI was great and a lot of fun, but unfortunately we outgrew it. After moving to a small GM SUV for a few years we decided to go back to something a little more fun to drive so we headed to Douglas and got a great trade in value on the GM and picked up a 2014 Jetta GLI. So far so good. After a day of driving it the engine light came on and we thought CRAP! Headed back to the dealer and it turns out the gas cap wasn't screwed on by an attendant so the politely tightened it up and reset the light. Quick and easy. They've been fair and always courteous to deal with and didn't try to sell us anything by wheel insurance after the sale, which from our first VW experience we found out is a great deal. Highly recommend the dealer and our salesman Nick. PS, on our first visit in Nick was busy so we dealt with Duncan, a nice young man who was happy to show us around and give us few test drives even though he knew it wasn't his sale since the dealer has a return customer policy to your original sales person if they are still there. Very atypical and mindful of our time since he was the first one free to help us. More
