I had such a great experience buying my first car on my own with Dave S at Douglas VW. I met him about a month before when I was still looking at different options, but after searching around, I knew that own with Dave S at Douglas VW. Prior to going back to the dealership, Dave was happy to get on the phone with me and go through all of my additional questions about the car. He was extremely easy to reach and answered every question that I/my family had during the test driving and buying process. He is very knowledgeable and it’s evident that he truly cares about his clients. The day after I drove my car home, he even followed up with me to see how my drive home went. Prior to me purchasing my Taos, I had a vehicle that I wanted to trade in but was unable to safely drive it to the dealership. However, Dave went above and beyond to get the vehicle transported off my private residence, all throughout having experienced a snow/ice storm a few days prior to.
