This was not the best experience for me at Douglas, where I have been a customer for many years. My car needed a new fuel pump. I really needed a loaner, but there were none available. The process took longe I have been a customer for many years. My car needed a new fuel pump. I really needed a loaner, but there were none available. The process took longer than anticipated. I had also discussed with Brian a required oil change and was told it would be done along with checking everything out. The oil change was not done, and I'm assuming nothing else was checked out. I had my TDI 2015 golf sportwagon rust spot repaired under the VW warranty, both the the driver and passenger side in same spot just under the front doors behind wheel well. The first repair my car was under the VW warranty, both the the driver and passenger side in same spot just under the front doors behind wheel well. The first repair my car was returned very well detailed, the second time not as much. Both repairs were done well as far as I can tell. The communication of when my car would be done was a little better the first repair, the second repair I had to call them a few times on when the car would be ready. Overall good. More
