He knew I was a young kid who didn't know much about buying a car or getting approved for any kind of financing, so he walked me through the whole process. He showed me what banks look at when giving out loans and how different aspects of my credit history would affect their decision. He even gave me tips on how to improve my credit in the future. He was completely transparent with me every step of the way. Even with my terrible credit Dave got me approved. He even went a step further and helped me get affordable car insurance, something he did not have to do. The whole process was extremely quick and painless... I left the lot in my new car the next day! Needless to say I highly recommend Douglas Volkswagen, and if you can get Dave as a sales rep then you're golden! More

Outstanding Lease from Start to Finish Last Saturday, all the way from Queens NY, my wife, dog and I went to VW Douglas, Summit NJ to see new 2015 GTIs. At Douglas, we met Vlad Voskobo Last Saturday, all the way from Queens NY, my wife, dog and I went to VW Douglas, Summit NJ to see new 2015 GTIs. At Douglas, we met Vlad Voskoboynikov, sales person. Just call him Vlad :) He made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the showroom. Vlad was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very patient and did not try to push for something other then what we wanted. He also dealt with our insurance company, and all we had to do was to confirm everything. Before we drove off in the new car, Vlad set up the bluetooth phone connection and went over the controls to make sure we were comfortable driving. All in all, the leasing process at this dealership was very pleasant and stress free. We have been a repeat customer, but this is our first experience with Vlad. When our lease comes due we will be back dealing with Vlad!!! I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a VW! Thank you Vlad! More
