Having worked with Chet and Scott for almost seven years at their previous dealership, I chose to work with them again here at Douglas, because they are fantastic. I live in Bergen County and Douglas is an hour away from me; however, I did not think twice about coming to Douglas VW to get my new car. Chet and Scott made the entire process of turning in my Jetta and getting into a new car so easy. I was incredibly pleased with how smooth the process was and how accommodating they were. Amazing Experience - LOOOOOVE my new car! Went to the Douglas dealership a couple of weeks ago. I needed to get a new lease as my Camry was over milage and I did not want another Toyota. Hated Went to the Douglas dealership a couple of weeks ago. I needed to get a new lease as my Camry was over milage and I did not want another Toyota. Hated the Camry and I was getting totally ripped off on my current lease. (Autoland Toyota - stay far far away from there espeicially if you are a woman) I went into Douglas Volkswagon, immediately was met by Simon and right off the bat he told me he could take care of me and give me a better deal than the one I had. The whole process was super fast and Simon was very direct and honest - for comparison, the men at Autoland kept me waiting, negotiating, waiting and then essenitally begging for me to put down some cash for a down payment. I got an amazing deal from Douglas, no money out of pocket, they took care of my last lease payment and I had a new Jetta the same day. Simon actually drove to my house to drop off the new Jetta as I had to run around with my kids and then leave for work. I had a very small window of time and he was totally totally accomodating. The whole process was fast, honest, and I really got a great deal - I would highly highly reccommend going to this dealership if you are looking for a new car. I got a much better vehicle, all the bells and whistles, and am paying slightly less than I was for my shitty, bottom of the barrel Camry. Jetta's are awesome, amazingly well designed cars and super fun to drive and I am so happy I went to this dealership first! I will be a customer for life!!! Thank you Simon!!! More

Perfect Balance of of Professionalism and Friendliness I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine. From the the minute I spoke to Bobby on the phone and made an appointment, it set the tone for I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine. From the the minute I spoke to Bobby on the phone and made an appointment, it set the tone for my experience at Douglas. Bobby was respectful, very patient, and answered every question thoroughly. The normal concerns a customer would have buying a used car were not there. I felt confident I was sold a reliable vehicle at a great price. After coming to a decision, it was a seamless transition to the Finance department, were I would sign the paperwork. The equipment was digital so going through the documents was a breeze. Not only did Bobby's manager introduce himself when I arrived at the dealership, Rich Gaul also came out to personally congratulate and thank me for my purchase. Bobby has since then followed up with me and continues to maintain his professional work ethic. Most would end their review saying they WOULD recommended Douglas VW and Douglas Infinity to their friends and family, but I ALREADY have!!! More
