Just came from the service dept. this morning and wanted to say that Rick Szucs and the entire Service Department at Douglas VW are truly the greatest. This is my 4th VW with Douglas (3rd through Isaac Bunton in sales who is great!) and Rick has been my Service Manager since day 1. He always goes above and beyond and is the nicest guy. He is very knowledgable and I always feel like a valued customer when I go there. I didn't have an appt. when I walked in today and I was greeted with a smile and he took care of my minor problem immediately (less then 30 mins)…even put my plates on and got my registration for me without hesitation when he found out they were in. Any service dept. issues…he is the guy to see! More

He dealt aptly and completely with satisfying our perceived needs, investigating possibilities we'd missed, and alerting us to alternative purchasing arrangements. Duncan expertly balanced friendliness, knowledge of his products, flexibility in applying his product knowledge, and patience as we tried on the Passat that seemed to suit us best. Chris Ng was introduced to us by Duncan, and Chris dealt smoothly, thoroughly, and clearly with the various detailed options available to us concerning extended-maintenance offerings, details of financing, etc. He was friendly, very responsive to our questions, and just as excellent in his own way as was Duncan in his. Neither my wife nor I would hesitate to return to Douglas in the future, as we surely will since we purchased a new Passat Wolfsburg with which we're very satisfied. First, I would like say that my experience with Douglas Volkswagen and my salesman Vlad was like no other. When I arrived at Douglas I was greeted with such a welcome that I was taken aback, they knew me Volkswagen and my salesman Vlad was like no other. I hadn't anticipated or planned on leaving with a new car straight off of the showroom floor or any car for that matter, but Vlad knew he was going to get me the car that caught my eye, which was a 2013 Volkswagen CC.
