Im a local customer who like to try to make purchases in town if possible and of course as long as customer service is good... Well Douglas VW did just that, from the beginning of walking into the dealersh town if possible and of course as long as customer service is good... Well Douglas VW did just that, from the beginning of walking into the dealership being greeted by Tito to having him sit down with me and figure out what exactly I am looking for in a car, to a very nice extensive test drive onto the highway and back locally... He also showed me the service department which was average but, he said words that stuck with me... Such as although we don't have the big screen TV and fancy lounge area, what we do have is outstanding customer relations and making sure that the customer is always taken cared of... Made sense, I guess if im looking for a place to have a coffee and watch the news I can go to Starbucks... Well after driving the Passat, and having tito give me a great price without having to go back and forth, I made the deal... I went to Douglas VW Summit to buy a new car and my experience was wonderful. Jeremy was very helpful and answered all my questions. I have just moved into the area from Flemington, NJ and was nervous about switching VW dealerships. It, however, was made easy by Rick Szucs service manager. Over the phone he explained that new customer was nervous about switching VW dealerships. It, however, was made easy by Rick Szucs service manager. Over the phone he explained that new customers can find coupons on http://www.douglasvw.com and after looking at the website I felt comfortable about switching dealerships. Nevertheless, I was having problems with my driver’s seat not adjusting and the fact that I’m disabled really worried me. Rick had the car checked out and found out a new frame was needed which costs close to a thousand dollars. I almost collapsed! Rick asked me questions and found out I had bought an extended warranty. He said to give him some time to work on it. He then called me up to bring in the car for an appraiser to look at the drivers seat. And can you believe it Rick Szucs came through again. Douglas VW has now a lifelong customer in me. If the service department is so good I can only imagine what the sales department is like. More
