Was very interested in a Volkswagen Jetta and had went to a dealer close to my job and wanted to take it for a test drive... Well I told him I was just looking.. The next day I went to Douglas and as soon as I came into the showroom I was greeted by a salesman named Tito... He sat me down and asked me about my wants and needs in the vehicle I was interested in... I purchased my 2007 Volkswagen GTI at a dealer that is about 5 minutes away from my home. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this man. He is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field, but he is truly a genuine person and really takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. For the past 6 years I have driven close to an hour to take my Volkswagen to no other than Douglas for anything that I need. I have sent countless friends and family to Rick because I am confident that they will get the same level of service that I do. No where else will you find such a customer service orientated staff who's best interest is to do the right thing for their customers, nor will you find another service adviser like Rick who will call you on your birthday to send you their best wishes. It is this type of business that grows lasting relationships and consistently exceeds expectations.
