I have just moved into the area from Flemington, NJ and was nervous about switching VW dealerships. It, however, was made easy by Rick Szucs service manager. Over the phone he explained that new customer was nervous about switching VW dealerships. It, however, was made easy by Rick Szucs service manager. Nevertheless, I was having problems with my driver’s seat not adjusting and the fact that I’m disabled really worried me. Rick had the car checked out and found out a new frame was needed which costs close to a thousand dollars. I almost collapsed! Rick asked me questions and found out I had bought an extended warranty. He said to give him some time to work on it. He then called me up to bring in the car for an appraiser to look at the drivers seat. And can you believe it Rick Szucs came through again. Douglas VW has now a lifelong customer in me. If the service department is so good I can only imagine what the sales department is like. More

Douglas VW made my experience exceptionally awesome. I was in slump due to the fact that my previous car broke down on me so went online and filled out an auto loan application thinking no one will call w was in slump due to the fact that my previous car broke down on me so went online and filled out an auto loan application thinking no one will call with my credit that I was in process repairing. I was wrong David called me at work an explained all I needed to bring in for my visit. When I to the dealership he took all my paperwork and explained the process and within an hour I was approved not due to my credit but due to David's hard work and persistence. He was the most pleasant and it was like I knew for him years he was more concerned with me being able to be mobile again than anything. He went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it and I love my car thanks to Dave more then a salesman he's a friend to me. Thanks More

Tito and Chris made my first car buying experience really great! When I test drove the GTI, Tito gave me a real test drive. Not some around the block and back to the dealer nonsense. He went straight to the point; knew that I was not going to pay MSRP for it and gave me a great deal. They were very honest and upfront with everything regarding the car. They did not pressure me with anything I did not want and the price they quoted me was the price I got. Chris walked me through everything on the financing side and made sure I understood everything. No surprise fees or hidden fees at all. Tito even sent me a picture of the car once they got it in the dealership! Tito went into detail explaining the features of the car which surprised us because when my girlfriend bought her Camry, they just gave her the keys and waved goodbye. These guys are true gentlemen and I would not hesitate to buy another VW from them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in looking into a VW.
