I've bought a lot of cars in my day and he is by far the best rep I have ever dealt with. He is professional, friendly, informative and, better sit down for this, 100% HONEST!!! My wife hates going to car dealers and she even liked the experience. Dealing with Tito is like dealing with a friend that you can trust. He took time out of his day off to help close the deal, and with no pressure to boot! I can't say enough good things about Tito and Douglas VW. Also, I drove Hondas for the last 25 years and the switch to a German car is a welcome change. The Passat drives like a luxury German car without the price. The car is substantial without the tinniness that you get with Japanese cars. If you are looking for a VW, all roads should lead to Tito and Douglas VW! Great job guys! More
