We had absolutely great experience with VW in Summit! Convenient location, very friendly personal and reasonable prices! A few day ago I went to Douglas to check out the new Jetta. A friend of mine who recently bought a car from Tito D.at Douglas she recommended me to see him. I came in with the impression that I would be waiting for a while for a response in regards to a loan. I was told I was approved within the hour!!!!!! Imagine that? From the time I walked in until I left Irene held my hand and held no information from me. She was upfront and Honest about what she could and couldn't do and she did Everything!!!!! My credit score isn't good at all but They Are The Best At What They Do Here!!!!!! I would tell anyone I know to go in and check them out and you will leave with a car!!!! More

I have wanted a VW Beetle since I was 9 years old, so naturally when it came time to buy my first car I immediately started researching certified pre-owned Beetles in the area. After a very enjoyable test drive, I started to discuss my options with Jeremy, the salesman at Douglas. Jeremy discussed the importance of test driving other vehicles, that weren't Volkswagens, to ensure that I made the right decision since it was going to be my very first car. I then went on to have a horrible experience at a Honda dealership and after that I knew that the Beetle I test drove with Jeremy was my car. I immediately called Douglas and put a deposit down, via the phone, no less. The whole dealership was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. I truly felt that Jeremy was on my side while navigating the credit process, and the financing options. Jeremy told me all about the college grad program and walked me through that process and even recommended an insurance company for me. I had a truly great experience at this Dealership and with Jeremy as my salesman. I highly recommend not only using this dealership, but asking for Jeremy as well. More
