This is our second car from Tito of DouglasVW in 14 months. We're on our 4th Passat (and the last two of which was from Tito). Douglas is 45 mins from our place. For our first car from Tito, it was a pressure-free transaction. No pushing, no stress, and no worries. Unfortunately, that car was involved in a bad accident and we needed another car right away. Without a doubt, another Passat was the way to go bec of its high safety features. For our second car, Tito stepped up even more. He's very knowledgeable and very patient, as well. We even got a loaner for the couple of days while we waited for the car we ordered. It was really nice knowing that I got the price I wanted for the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I'd suggest to anyone buying a VW that it's worth going to Douglas VW. It was a bit of a hike for my family, but I'd do it again and again to deal with Kevin Feaster and the sales staff there. The service area is also very friendly and helpful as well. More
